Anna Henderson, Studio Director and Pilates Instructor
Anna is energetic and inquisitive. She loves the human body and all its potential, and has dreamed of directing her own Pilates studio since she began practising Pilates over a decade ago. Anna adores teaching her clients and helping them move closer to achieving their goals, be that improving their Pilates approach, running their first marathon, staying fit throughout pregnancy, or regaining fitness and health after injury. Anna loves living in Bedford, and was really pleased to launch Bedford’s first Pilates studio dedicated to mat-based movement back in 2019.
She’s a keen runner and ran her first marathon in Dublin in 2018. She’s now thinking ahead to her next marathon challenge (London 2020) and then perhaps even a cycling event! Anna has great difficulty just sitting still!

She followed this by studying Education at University, with an emphasis on Health Promotion, ultimately leading her to back to her initial love; Pilates!
