Pilates for beginners are the most important classes we run. In these sessions, we set up your foundation work so that you can progress and challenge yourself safely. Don’t be fooled by the name, this is still quite a workout!
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. In Beginners Pilates classes at movefit pilates you begin to explore the full Pilates approach whilst building up core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving your mobility. Many of our clients mention seeing improved posture, balance, joint mobility and muscle strength after joining our classes, as well as the exercise helping to relieve stress and tension in the body.
This is one of our most popular Pilates classes in Bedford, so we run sessions throughout the week and on a Saturday. Sign up for once a week, or more, these Pilates classes are designed to introduce all clients successfully to the benefits of Pilates.
