Join us for a faster-paced 45 minute Pilates class in Bedford, focused on improving your core strength and stamina through daytime Pilates exercise.
Dynamic Lunchtime Pilates is a great workout that you can fit into your busy week day. Many of our Bedford clients have said that these lunchtime core Pilates classes help them to feel refreshed, better able to concentrate and ready to face the rest of the afternoon with positivity. And, doing lunchtime Pilates certainly beats sitting slumped in a chair eating your lunch in front of your screen!
A lot is packed into the 45 minutes, so please arrive on time so the class isn’t disrupted and everyone can head back to their day without delay.
This class is ideal for clients that are at the beginning stages of Pilates, or at a more intermediate level – with Pilates exercises designed to test all abilities within the class. This is becoming one of our most popular Pilates classes , so we run sessions between Monday to Friday. Sign up for once a week, or more, these Pilates classes are designed to introduce all clients successfully to the benefits of Pilates.
Our classes are developed to introduce Pilates to new clients from a wide range of backgrounds. We also offer introductory workshops for people wanting to understand more about Pilates before attending a full set of Pilates classes – check out our workshops for more information.

Classes are £48 for a block of 6, with a 8-week window given to complete the clock.
