What is the best way to the start the day? Do a Pilates morning class! In these early morning Pilates classes, we explore the full Pilates approach whilst building your energy for the rest of the day. Its becoming one of our most popular classes in our Pilates class range at movefit pilates.

Suitable for all abilities, our Pilates morning classes are designed to introduce Pilates to new clients, and build further on to the skills of longer-term Pilates practitioners. The exercise are focused on building core strength, stability and a conducted at a bit of pace to get the energy levels flowing.

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on posture, flexibility, balance, and strength. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. In our early morning Pilates classes at movefit pilates you begin to explore the full Pilates approach whilst building up core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving your mobility. Many of our clients mention seeing improved posture, balance, joint mobility and muscle strength after joining our classes, as well as the exercise helping to relieve stress and tension in the body.
