Suitable for all abilities, our Pilates morning classes are designed to introduce Pilates to new clients, and build further on to the skills of longer-term Pilates practitioners. The exercise are focused on building core strength, stability and a conducted at a bit of pace to get the energy levels flowing.
We keep the tempo moving and work through a range of Pilates exercises, supported by Pilates props. Perfect for Pilates Beginners, or those with previous experience who wish to improve their skills and undertand more about the fundamentals of Pilates.
