Welcome to the movefit pilates virtual studio, providing you with free on demand access to a range of specialist Pilates classes and workouts – including Beginners, Gentle, Intermediate, and specialist classes such as Pilates for Runners and Pre and Post Natal. 

Missed a class? Or want to try something new? Then this is the place for you.

Practicing Pilates regularly can increase strength, improve flexibility, relieve stress and develop a strong healthy posture. We recommend clients practice Pilates at least twice a week, either by attending classes or completing additional routines at home.

This video library has workouts from 60 minute classes, to quick 5 minute routines.
