BOOKINGS, CLASS PACKAGES AND
CANCELLATIONS AT MOVEFIT PILATES -
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

 At movefit pilates we aim to make our class packages and bookings easy, simple and as flexible as possible so our members can get the most from being part of our studio community.

Class Bookings:

At movefit pilates we offer 3 different types of class package – designed to give you the best access and flexibility to your Pilates practice. These are all purchased and managed via our personalised online booking app – movefit pilates at TeamUp

Introductory package – mat-based Pilates and Pilates Barre. (£10 for two classes). This is our welcome package to new clients that want to try Pilates and find the right class and setting for them. You have 2 classes to use within a 4 week period – but most clients use within 2 weeks. You can choose from any of our mat-based and Barre classes – however do speak with us before you book if unsure which class is best for you and your Pilates experience.

Core Studio Package – mat-based Pilates and Pilates Barre. Our most popular class package. This is £54 for 6 classes and you are given 8 weeks to use these 6 classes. They can be used across our range of mat-based and Barre classes, with 2 weeks flexibility built into the package in case you need to miss a week or two.

Pilates Reformer – Studio Package. This is £66 for 4 classes and you are given 6 weeks to use these 4 classes. This package can be used across any of our Pilates Reformer classes.

Do note – across all of our packages we are unable to extend their usage period. These are designed to give you flexibility whilst allowing our studio to best manage our class schedule. There are circumstances (like bereavement or extended illness/treatment) where we are happy to pause your package for you. Please speak to a member of the team via email – movefitpilates@gmail.com.

Bookings for 1:1 Pilates – to book a 1:1 session with the studio please contact the team directly at movefitpilates@gmail.com – they will be able to find the best time for you. You can pay for a 1:1 session (mat-based or Reformer) via our TeamUp booking system.

Managing your bookings:

Please do manage your own bookings on Team Up.  TeamUp is one of the leading booking systems for the health and fitness industry. It is user friendly and puts you instantly in control of your bookings via your phone, laptop, desktop or tablet. We are happy to help you navigate the system if you need a full introduction – just drop us a line at movefitpilates@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through it.

Rescheduling or Cancellation policy for 1:1 sessions:

Private sessions (whether 1:1s or duets – with a family member or friend) are non-refundable.  Payment must be received to confirm your booking.  Once that is received, we will send a confirmation email with full details.  Please note – your booking is not confirmed until you have received this confirmation email. 

Should you need to cancel or postpone a private session, that’s fine – we know stuff happens! We can always look to reschedule at no extra cost so please just get in touch with the team at movefitpilates@gmail.com. 

Rescheduling or cancellation policy – for classes:

For your classes (mat-based, Barre or Reformer) you can manage all your bookings quickly and easily via the TeamUp booking app. There is a 24 hour notice period to cancel classes.  If you cancel your slot less than 24 hours from the beginning of the class, you will be charged for this class and one class will be taken from your current package.  This applies to both face-to-face classes in the studio and online.  

We ask all members –  if you know you cannot attend a class in the studio in advance, please go into Team Up and manage your booking/ cancel your booking. If you email us we cannot guarantee we will see your email in time and cancel your slot with the 24 hour notice period.  

If you are unable to attend a class on the day for whatever reason, still cancel your class as this will allow us to notify any members on the waitlist of spaces available. 

If you are ill or have Covid-related symptoms, please do not attend class. If cancelling your class the same rules apply – requiring a 24 hour cancellation period.
