Let’s Get Squeezy! Know your Pelvic Floor – Masterclass

At movefit pilates we are passionate about women’s health. The pelvic floor is a part of the body we all need to know more about and understand so it can continue to work as effectively as possible throughout our lives.

This online masterclass is dedicated to helping you know more about your pelvic floor, how to enhance the health of your bladder and bowel, and complete the best exercises to strengthen your core this summer. The pelvic floor can be critical to long term health, happiness and strength for woman across all ages.

This workshop covers the most common pelvic floor issues, and provide you with the knowledge and skills to both strengthen and stabilise the muscles of your pelvis and pelvic floor – so that you can continue to enjoy life by minimising, and hopefully even eradicating, those “oops moments”.

We will look at:
• The best way to do your pelvic floor exercises and what not to do
• How to avoid pelvic organ prolapse
• How pelvic floor exercises can even help to improve your sex life
• Healthy habits to add to your routine

This Pelvic Floor Masterclass is a great introduction for any woman interested in knowing more about her pelvic floor. A course programme handout is also included for home exercise.

All abilities and all ages welcome | Delivered online via Zoom, class numbers are limited so book early | two hour workshop – £16.99 per person.
