I attended initially for the reformer pilates classes which I had done previously in another studio in London pre covid. Anna the teacher and founder of Movefit is amazing, and after a few sessions I noticed a difference in my joints, feeling less tense. Because of this, I then started Mat Pilates classes both in studio and online. Both have made a significant difference to my posture (I WFH and spend a large amount of time in front of a laptop.) Surprisingly (or maybe not,) these classes have also had a huge impact on my mental wellbeing. Both Anna's knowledge and her skill as a teacher make these classes not only thoroughly enjoyable, and fun, but both the mental and physical health benefits for me personally mean that these classes have become part of my day to day wellbeing. Highly recommend.

Online sessions only, although I've now had the pleasure of meeting Anna herself! Runners class very useful to complement runs and cross training and Anna very jolly! I've now done a session in class as well and it was great, still 5*!

Fab classes, lots of choice and lots of fun. Anna always works me at the right pace for me personally so classes have been a great way for me to start my day or end my week!

I cannot rate Anna’s zoom classes enough. She has a lovely teaching style and is very knowledgeable. I am enjoying my beginner’s Pilates so much. Thanks for helping put a smile on my face again 🙂

I love my Pilates classes with Anna. She tailors every move to suit my ability and nothing is too much trouble. My back pain has improved significantly since I started these classes. I cannot recommend Anna highly enough.

Fab place. Anna really knows her stuff and takes time to understand your requirements and work with any problems you might have. Lots of different classes to suit all different needs. Fun too! If you’re looking for somewhere with the personal touch and small class sizes, get in touch with Anna. You won’t regret it.

I joined the pregnancy pilates class after a friend recommended it and I am so glad that I did. Anna provides a safe and comfortable environment where you get to meet like minded people, exercise in the right way for your changing body and learn more about pilates. I thoroughly recommend this class and will be returning for other classes once my baby is born.

I have been doing pregnancy pilates with Anna for about five months I am now towards this end of my pregnancy and have never felt better. The classes are perfectly suited for pregnancy and Anna is really knowledgeable and has practical support and suggestions. It is a friendly safe environment where you can exercise and talk to like minded people and learn about your body. I always feel better after doing the classes and look forward to them.

I have been going to pilates classes for over a year now, I really enjoy it and of all the types of workout I have tried, it's the one that has made the most difference. Classes are kept small, the atmosphere is very relaxed, the studio is lovely and Anna adapts to fit the needs and level of everyone.
