Our first in a series of Peri & Menopause Workshops has landed!

Whilst there is now more information and discussion about perimenopause and menopause, it is still an unnecessarily mysterious subject, and with that mystery, there are some unhelpful myths circling round too.

This first workshop will cover what the perimenopause and menopause is and how both can influence your current and future health. We will look at the symptoms and discuss where to find the appropriate help. And we will use Pilates and its focus on mindful movement to help you wind down and listen to your body and how it is feeling at that moment. We will look specifically at tiredness as a symptom preventing many women in this age group from committing to regular exercise (whatever form that exercise takes).

And, it will be fun! So get your happy, funky leggings on!
