Hello and welcome to our February studio newsletter. Since the start of 2022 I’ve been on a bit of a quest to gain new knowledge, keep moving more whilst listening to my body, and making new connections to improve our Pilates community.

It’s once again exciting to update you all on lots of workshops, Pilates courses, new teachers and new classes to try this month so why not see how you can keep moving and keep learning with movefit pilates this February.

We are currently running a 6 week free Pilates programme designed to build strength, fitness and flexibility through Pilates. And finally.. say hello to Hayley, our newest team member!
We are really excited this week to welcome our newest teacher Hayley Deane to the movefit pilates team! Hayley is a STOTT certified instructor, one of the leading names in Pilates education, and has been teaching for over 8 years in studios, clinics and as head of Pilates at a physiotherapy centre.
