Pilates exercises to improve the strength of the body's stabilising muscles, for people with hypermobility.

Hypermobility is when a person has a range of movement beyond what that would be considered “normal”. Although hypermobility does not cause problems for all those with the condition, some people can experience joint pain, tiredness, cramps & spasms, soft tissue trauma, overuse injuries, bruising, increased risk of sprains, strained ligaments, and other symptoms. Movefit Pilates Workshops for Hypermobility will show HMS sufferers techniques that can be used to manage these symptoms.
